  1. Privacy policy defines the rules of processing and protecting personal data of Users.

  2. The term “User” relates to contractors who purchase our items, people who visit our website and those who participate in contests and sales announced on the website.

  3. The Downhill24 is an Administrator of Users’ personal data.

  4. The Administrator does not share any data, obtained from Users, with third parties, except as provided in the Terms and Conditions of Biker house online shop.


  1. Personal data can be processed only in terms of providing services to the Users by the Administrator, as provided in Terms and Conditions, including implementation of agreements concluded between the User and the Administrator within the framework of the online shop, and in order to verify the veracity of data provided by the Users during registration process.

  2. Besides, upon the User’s consent the data will be used to send them information about the administrator or services and items (including commercial information) provided by the administrator himself or by other entites, on email address provided by the User, by the Administrator or other entities .

  3. The data is processed upon the User’s consent which is given during a registration process or at the moment of using the shop, but also according to statutory authorization of processing the data necessary for the execution and settlement of services provided by the Administrator.

  4. The collection of the Users’ data was applied for registartion to The General Inspector for Personal Data Protection.

  5. The data is provided voluntarily, however, anyone who do not provide the data specified in the Terms and Conditions will be unable to successfuly register in the shop.

  6. The User is authorized to access, edit and update their personal data. The Administrator provides the Users with the possibility to delete their personal data from the collection of the data in case of deregistering, as well as in other cases when it results with applicable laws and regulations.

  7. A request for deletion of data should be sent directly to the Administrator or via e-mail: sklep@biker-house.pl. The Administrator may refuse to delete data, if a User has not settled all claims against the Administrator or violated the Terms and Conditions or applicable law, and the data is essential to explain all the circumstances and determine User’s liability.

  8. The data is protected in accordance with all applicable regulations and use of modern technical security systems including, among others, the server for collecting data, which is placed in a specially designed room, and being constantly monitored. The data is stored and processed using the software dedicated to prevent access by unauthorized persons.

  9. The data can be made available to entities authorized to receive them under applicable law, including the relevant judicial authorities.

  10. The Administrator may entrust personal data to other entities for processing purpose under the conditions specified in the Act.



  1. The Administrator uses IP addresses which are collected during internet connections for technical purposes related to server administration. Furthermore, IP addresses serve to collect general, statistical and demographic information.



  1. The Administrator uses “cookies” files. The information collected via "cookies" allow to customize the services and content to individual needs and preferences of Users, as well as serve to develop general statistics regarding the use of shop by the Users. The disabling of the “cookies” option in web browser does not prevent the use of the shop, but it can cause some difficulties or restrictions while using it. In “cookies” files there are information necessary to the proper functioning of the portal, in particular those parts which require authorization. The “cookies” content, generated by the portal, does not allow to identify the User. The personal data is neither proccessed nor stored via “cookies” files.



  1. The Administrator of Personal Data which is processed on the website, reserves the right to make changes to the Privacy Policy. Every person using the website in any way is liable to current Privacy Policy.
